Help Make Your Project a Success

We want to make your translation process as simple as possible. We know you need a quick, accurate translation at the best possible price. To help us accomplish these goals, answer the following questions as you prepare your documents for translation.
- Is there an electronic version of my source document?

Delivery of the translation, for both parties, is faster and easier with an electronic source file. Electronic versions can be provided on diskette or via email.
- Which software format should I use for my source document?

Some translated materials may not retain formatting in some kinds of software. We recommend using standard software such as Microsoft Word or Word Perfect.
- Does my document need to be typeset or desktop published?

Most Asian Languages need to be typeset (ready for your printer). These services take more time and will increase your price. Most Roman languages can be desktop published in-house using a provided translation.
- Can I trust my translation service with my confidential documentation?

Verify that the service has a confidentiality agreement. All employees of ATW have signed an agreement, but we are happy to sign a non-disclosure contract with your company.
- What is a normal turnaround time?

Typical turnaround time for most projects is three to five business days. This allows enough time for ATW's three-step process: translation, editing and proofing. Please request a FREE Estimate or Contact Us for more information.
- What if I need my project sooner than 5 days?

RUSH SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE! We do charge a slightly higher rate for work done on a rush basis. That rate is determined on a per project basis.
- What are the format options for my final product and how will I receive it?

This is especially important when dealing with Asian languages. ATW offers many options for your final product including hard copy (faxed and mailed), and/or electronic copy (diskette or email), laser copy, linotronic output or camera-ready art. Delivery options are fax, email, mail, courier, and overnight delivery service.
