- Client: Medical Procedure Firm, San Francisco, CA

Project Description: Translate Medical Procedure Manuals from English to German, Spanish, Russian, French, Japanese, and Dutch on a weekly basis.

Translation Team Backgrounds: Three person translation teams with extensive medical backgrounds are used for each language. The glossaries are reviewed by surgical professionals on a daily basis, and then stored in a translation tool for consistency in all languages. All translators that work on these manuals are required to have PhD's.
- Client: Law Firm, St. Louis, MO

Project:Translated medical documentation and case histories on a large international lawsuit from Portuguese and Japanese into English.

Translation Team Backgrounds: Six native speakers were used, all currently residing in the United States. All the translators had obtained Masters degrees in their area of specialty. Qualifications included 4 attorneys and 2 medical doctors, all members of the American Translators Association.
- Client: Aviation Training Company, Overland Park, KS

Project: Completed translation of all technical simulation training manuals into a generic dialect of Spanish.

Translation Team Backgrounds: Four Native speakers from Spain, Mexico, and Argentina were used, all with engineering degrees and a background in aviation. A generic dialect was required to cover all Spanish speakers, thus all the translators were required to edit and proof each other's translations.
- Client: Travel Agency, Denver, Colorado

Project: Translation of medical instructions for a tourist going to Asian countries.

Languages: English into Malay, Thai, Burmese, Nepali, Indonesian and Hindi.

Translation Team Resume: Twelve native speakers, all corresponding members of the American Translators Association (ATA). Industry qualifications included a medical doctor, a registered nurse and a food specialist.
- Client: Manufacturing Company, Portland, OR

Project: Translation of 30,000-word operation and technical manual.

Languages: English into German, Dutch, Italian and Norwegian.

Translation Team Resume: Twelve native speakers, three per language. All translators had electrical engineering backgrounds. Qualifications also included degrees from technical institutes, holders of four US patents and all had over 10 years' translation experience. Nine were certified by the ATA. (The ATA does not certify Norwegian.)
- Client: Advertising Agency, Columbus, OH

Project: Translation of animal health brochures, flea product information and life cycle posters.

Languages: English into Canadian French and Mexican Spanish.

Translation Team Resume: Six native speakers, three per language. All had marketing or veterinary backgrounds. Qualifications included a doctorate in animal science, masters in marketing and all were ATA certified.
- Client: Major League Baseball Team, Sarasota, FL

Project: Translation of off-season workout manuals for players that speak Spanish in the Dominican Republic.

Languages: English into Spanish.

Translation Team Resume: Three native speakers, all ATA certified. Qualifications included a physical therapist and all three translators had an extensive athletic background.
- Client: Individual, Seoul, South Korea

Project: Translation and legal certification of academic records, marriage certificate and birth certificates for a family moving from Italy.

Languages: Italian into English.

Translation Team Resume: Three native speakers, all ATA certified and all were born in Italy. Qualifications included a professor from the University of Kansas, an attorney and a registered nurse.
- Client: Rehabilitation Product Distributor, Gardner, KS

Project: Translation of product packaging and informational inserts.

Languages: English into Spanish, German, French and Japanese.

Translation Team Resume: Eight native speakers, all ATA members. Qualifications included an AS degree in international business from Tokyo Keizai University and a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Université de l'Quest, France.
- Client: Telecommunications Company, Overland Park, KS

Project: Translation of brochures, rate posters, scripts and promotional materials for all of client's Spanish-speaking US customers.

Languages: English into a generic dialect of Spanish.

Translation Team Resume: Four native speakers, all ATA members. Translators from California, Texas and Florida were used to verify correct dialect. Qualifications included degrees from Universidad de Costa Rica and Universidad Autónoma de México. All had an extensive telecommunications background.
